You will need a current, valid contact lens prescription before placing your Axon contact lens order. If you have lost a physical copy of your prescription, reach out to the eyecare provider who wrote the prescription for you. In most cases, they will email you a copy of your prescription. In some cases, you may need to go to eye care providers office to get your prescription.
