Customized products such as contact lenses cannot be refunded. We recommend a fitting follow up to ensure there are no defects within the first 3 weeks of wearing new Axon lenses. The lenses are warranted 100% for only the first 30 days, so it is important that any issues be documented immediately. These are custom products that do not have samples available. However the 100% warranty will cover one fitting adjustment remake, as long as requests are submitted to customer service within 30 days of delivery and with a revised prescription.

After 30 days, we require any damaged lenses be returned for inspection before determining a reduced rate redo. We do not offer any reduced rate redo orders after 180 days. Please be sure to contact us right away if your lenses are damaged or if your eye care provider has written a prescription change, as timing is crucial to the warranty.
